Tim was introduced to auctions as a child when his Father would take him on Saturday auction adventures. The fast pace of the environment and the curiosity as to how high the bidding would go was invigorating. Tim learned the key to getting the best bids is to put as many interested buyers in competition with each other as possible. Tim now calls this “The Power of Auction”. His passion for auctions has grown through the years and he is proud to represent Kamelot Auction House.
Kamelot’s auction gallery is over 15,000 square feet with 16 foot high ceilings in the historic Atwater Kent Building in Philadelphia. Beautiful auction displays regularly include antiques, fine furniture, paintings, decorative arts, lighting, silver, jewelry, rugs, textiles, garden & architectural. Through extensive marketing and by offering buyers the opportunity to participate in person, live via internet, by telephone during the sale, or leaving bids in advance, Kamelot exposes every offered item to the world to achieve the highest purchase price possible for their clients.
Kamelot’s auction items come mostly from estates and from people who are moving or down-sizing their living space. Tim works regularly with the estate planning community throughout the Delaware Valley as well as Senior Move Managers, Senior Care Facilities, Senior Care Professionals, and Realtors. Tim also works directly with executors of estates and individuals who are down-sizing as well. It is important to be friendly, patient, understanding, and a good listener as you help seniors with the valuables they have accumulated over a lifetime.
